Cottonwood Title is seeking a skilled Escrow Assistant to join our team in Union Park. As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our industry-leading success by providing exceptional customer service, working well under pressure, and applying escrow principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare files for closing by arranging to repay outstanding loans on the property
  • Investigate problems with the property title
  • Build closing disclosures
  • Interact with customers
  • Send/receive funds to close the transaction
