Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive menu innovation. As the creative and operational mastermind of the kitchen, you will be responsible for developing seasonally inspired menus, leading a high-performing team, and optimizing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Design menus that elevate our brand and excite our guests, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative flair.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to cultivate a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and top-tier food quality.
  • Financial Oversight: Control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure kitchen operations align with budgetary goals.
  • Safety & Hygiene: Ensure that all food preparation and storage meet industry standards for safety and sanitation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
  • Proven track record of building and managing kitchen teams.
  • Passion for culinary innovation and ability to develop standout menus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
