Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design, execution, and upkeep of security measures to protect the organization's computer networks and confidential information.
- Plan and implement enhancements to current security systems to ensure optimal performance against emerging threats.
- Continuously monitor network activities and proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks or vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams to create and enforce comprehensive security strategies and protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity and EDI integration technologies and best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security measures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in system support or network security management.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies.
- Proficiency in EDI integration.
- Experience in logistics or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are beneficial.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary up to $105,000 annually.
- Annual bonus of 12.5%, with potential increases to 20% - 30% after five years of service.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including affordable Blue Cross Blue Shield - PPO options.
