Job Title: Security Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Shift Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location. You'll act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer location.
  • Act as a liaison between site supervisors, account managers, and field operations managers.
  • Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment range.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide feedback to security officers.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
  • Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
  • Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
