Job Title: Project Manager

Crown Technical Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from conception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of a project to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including engineering, purchasing, production, inventory, and quality control
  • Lead meetings with customers to discuss project scope, requirements, and updates
  • Manage project development, including design and construction contracts, documents, procedures, and controls
  • Track project performance and communicate changes to customers and internal departments
  • Collaborate with design group to address project issues and changes
  • Prepare and submit change orders as needed
  • Monitor project costs and compare actual costs to estimates

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong budgeting and cost containment skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Associates Degree in a related field required; Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or other related field preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field
  • PMP Certification and/or formal coursework/training in project management preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Ability to traverse the production floor as needed
