Join Ivar's Quick-Service Team as a Shift Leader/Cashier

We are seeking high-energy Shift Leaders to join our team at our quick-service location in downtown Everett. As a Shift Leader, you will work various service positions in the restaurant, such as cashier or counter helper, and oversee closing shifts. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability, and offers an hourly wage between $18 and $19 plus a share of the tips provided by our generous guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work various service positions in the restaurant, such as cashier or counter helper
  • Oversee closing shifts and ensure a smooth transition to the next shift
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least one year of restaurant experience
  • Outgoing personality and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
