Direct Market Manager

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a results-driven Direct Market Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Wisconsin - Green Bay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of enrollment specialists. Your entrepreneurial spirit and passion for connecting communities to essential services will be invaluable in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers, exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of up to five enrollment specialists, ensuring effective territory management and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the efficient management of inventory, ensuring enrollment specialists have the necessary resources to engage with customers.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions, emphasizing product knowledge and compliance standards.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to FCC and USAC regulations, implementing quality control measures to guarantee accurate and efficient enrollment processes.
  • Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Audit and Reporting: Conduct thorough audits and manage detailed reporting for transparent documentation of enrollment outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing.
  • Effective leadership, recruitment, and training skills.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
