Job Overview

Rudolph Community and Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Program Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our residential houses, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support direct support professionals and other house staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental or mental health disabilities.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
