Clinical Account Manager, Neuro Medical Device

Join our team at Chronos Consulting as a Clinical Account Manager, Neuro Medical Device, and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of clinical, technical, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with existing and new install-base sites to develop programs that achieve clinical and commercial success.
  • Build relationships with hospital staff, including department chairs, administrators, and treating physicians, to understand their needs and develop solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and reimbursement teams, to ensure seamless execution of programs.
  • Interface with site teams to promote programs and drive patient interest, and work with reimbursement teams to navigate the insurance landscape.
  • Travel extensively (at least 70%) to meet with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical/technical/operational support role for advanced medical device systems in a customer-facing hospital-focused environment.
  • Experience implementing novel technology, techniques, and/or devices is a plus.
  • Scientific, technical, or clinical background, with a strong understanding of hospital operations and patient flow.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence department-level and staff-level stakeholders.
