Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Financial Manager to join our team at WEST SIDE FED SR. This is a key leadership position responsible for managing all aspects of financial leadership, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of financial resources.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including the development of financial models and forecasts.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other departments.
  • Supervise and manage a team of financial professionals, including accountants, financial analysts, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage financial relationships with external parties, including banks, investors, and government agencies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior management, staff, and external parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or CMA certification.
  • Experience with financial software, including accounting and budgeting systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization.
