About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Executive and Internal Communications Manager to support the Product organization on strategic projects. As a key member of the Global Communications team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing executive and internal communications plans and narratives that engage multiple audiences (employees, customers, and beyond) and connect them to the company strategy and product vision.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute executive and internal communications plans and narratives that engage multiple audiences (employees, customers, and beyond), and connect them to the company strategy and product vision
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Plan, edit, and develop content for a variety of channels and audiences - from large internal events, the Intranet and Slack to externally-facing blogs, customer presentations, and keynotes
  • Ensure messages are consistent across all media and departments of the organization
  • Establish ongoing metrics - measure everything to ensure success, and pivot early and often

Requirements

  • 8+ years communications experience, in cybersecurity preferred - internal and executive communications background is essential
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual who will oversee timely, first-rate execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business strategies and complex technologies to audiences in compelling ways
  • Strong team player and creative thinker
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Ability to work under pressure to adhere to tight, last-minute deadlines
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity
