HR Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team at START, a leading specialized talent acquisition and recruiting firm in the Metro Detroit Area. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling various employee relations matters, managing HR strategies, systems, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations to management and staff.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as internal policies concerning employment.
- Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
- Handle multiple employee relation issues, requests, and concerns; deal directly with management, supervisors, and employees.
Benefits
- An estimated salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
