Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available for guest rooms and public areas.
  • Participate in deep cleaning and sanitizing of hotel rooms and public spaces, adhering to Marriott's high standards for cleanliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
