About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
