About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Fellowship Square, Christian Care Management, Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Sort and stack clean dishes, glasses, and utensils in a neat and organized manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Sweep, mop, and clean kitchen areas as needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform simple and repetitive tasks on a continuous basis to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, and provide support to other team members as required.
Requirements
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule required, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items.
  • Ability to use equipment and materials carefully, in a safe manner, and follow correct operation and cleaning procedures.
