Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Atria Senior Living - Chandler Villas. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.
Responsibilities- Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Wash, clean, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Clean floors, equipment, and other areas as assigned, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
- Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to maintain high standards of food quality and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain the dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.
- Attend pre-meal stand-up meetings in the kitchen prior to meal service, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of $14.35-$16.50, dependent on prior work history and experience.
