Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative functions, including office opening and closing hours.
  • Manage incoming calls, maintain the phone system, and welcome visitors.
  • Handle correspondence and packages, organize meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Ensure cleanliness in common areas and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison for maintenance and service providers.
  • Prepare workspaces for new hires, maintain phone extensions, and assist with IT troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or receptionist roles.
