Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative functions, including office opening and closing hours.
- Manage incoming calls, maintain the phone system, and welcome visitors.
- Handle correspondence and packages, organize meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Ensure cleanliness in common areas and maintain office supplies, placing orders as necessary.
- Act as a liaison for maintenance and service providers.
- Prepare workspaces for new hires, maintain phone extensions, and assist with IT troubleshooting.
- Support the planning and execution of company events and gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support or receptionist roles.
- Strong work ethic with flexibility in scheduling.
