The Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the selection and enrollment process for qualified student candidates. This position also supports the School Director by overseeing daily administrative tasks and school operations. Key responsibilities include:

o Ensuring compliance with relevant federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies regarding student enrollment.

o Handling incoming inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential students through phone calls and emails, while scheduling appointments as needed.

o Evaluating and interviewing prospective students to identify their aspirations and requirements.

o Assessing candidates' eligibility for employment in the transportation sector by reviewing their driving records and ensuring they can pass necessary physical and drug screenings.

o Generating referrals and personal leads to enhance enrollment opportunities.

o Conducting campus tours, effectively communicating the features and benefits of our programs to assist prospective students in making informed enrollment decisions.

o Discussing various payment options available, including:
- Third-party financing
- In-house financing
- Workforce Service/State agency funding
- Federal and State Grants
- Vocational Rehabilitation
- Veteran's Administration
- Private pay

o Following up with all inquiries that do not schedule an interview or fail to attend.

o Enrolling eligible students, completing all necessary enrollment and orientation documentation.
o Developing and executing a follow-up plan for enrolled students to ensure they start on their scheduled date and that all admission requirements are fulfilled.
o Meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.

o Preparing and organizing all documentation in student files for the commencement of classes.

o Providing students with employer and placement information, accurately recording it in the Student Management System.

o Updating and finalizing student transcripts and preparing graduation certificates.

o Managing Accounts Receivables/Payables:
- Preparing invoices for students, agencies, and other trainees.
- Processing payments via checks, cash, and credit cards.
- Reporting daily student attendance and earnings.
- Overseeing general management and reporting of accounts payable invoices.
- Assisting the Director with monthly account reconciliations.

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience in post-secondary admissions is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.

• 1-2 years of experience in sales and customer service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
