About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Professional to join our team at City National Bank. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients to ensure quality service and client retention
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Act as a liaison between clients and bank staff to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Perform follow-up with clients to ensure completion and satisfaction
  • Identify and escalate potential risks to the appropriate level of authority
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to provide expert recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client service, banking operations, or banking relationship management support
  • Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures, regulatory compliance, and bank products and services
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
