Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Supply Experts to comprehend current processes and requirements related to warehouse management operations.
  • Draft Change Requests in conjunction with Product Supply stakeholders for core applications and configurations.
  • Update and manage the configuration of interfaces.
  • Develop test plans and coordinate with stakeholders for user acceptance/system integration testing.
  • Work alongside the Central Change Management Team for vendor support regarding core system modifications.
  • Establish relationships with stakeholders to grasp the business value delivered by their IT solutions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation, new tools, and innovative development platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Engineers to streamline the flow between Development and Operations for faster value delivery.

  • Demonstrates a strong passion for optimizing and modernizing digital warehouse systems.
  • Possesses the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Exhibits attention to detail and analytical skills, coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven with the ability to navigate diverse business scenarios, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a consultancy mindset while being technically proficient.
  • Capable of producing and presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, capture requirements, and translate them into business solutions.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • 5+ years of experience with JDA/Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Proficient in SQL querying.
  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with automated warehousing control systems and their interfaces.

Compensation

Salary Range: $105,000 - $150,000

Compensation at P&G varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to office location, role, qualifications, relevant skills, and experience level.
