Job Title: Senior Principal Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Systems Engineering Group, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of RF communication and collection systems. Your expertise in system and subsystem design leadership, as well as your experience with RF hardware communication and collection programs, will be invaluable in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and development of RF communication and collection systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
* Develop and maintain system requirements and design documentation
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, plus 9 years of progressive experience
* Master's degree in Engineering or related field, plus 7 years of progressive experience
* PhD in Engineering or related field, plus 4 years of progressive experience
* Recent design experience and a track record of successful RF product designs
* US Citizenship is required
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

* Current, active Top Secret clearance
* Experience as an IPT lead, functional lead, or leadership in the military
* Experience integrating antenna, RF subsystems, and processing hardware/software into a complete system
* RF modeling, simulation, and analysis including link budgets
* MATLAB knowledge and/or experience
* Program/Project Management experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply varied technologies
