Fidelity Investments is seeking an experienced Sales Product Consultant to join our Workplace Investing (WI) Sales team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial capabilities through proposals, prospect meetings, and contract handoffs. As a key member of our team, you will drive strategy to position Fidelity's products and services by assessing plan sponsor needs.

**About the Role**
This dynamic position requires collaboration with Account Executives, Retention Executives, and Managing Directors to win and retain our largest corporate, TEM (Tax Exempt Markets), and Emerging Products in support of WI sales and client retention goals. As a Sales Product Consultant, you will project manage all aspects of the sales process, applying your extensive knowledge of Fidelity's products and services to differentiate our value proposition and promote prospect- or client-focused solutions throughout the sales process.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Organize end-to-end sales and/or retention efforts, taking initiative to improve effectiveness and efficiency and embracing new technologies.
* Lead the proposal process for sales and/or retention opportunities, including identifying prospect/customer needs, custom response drafting, multi-product sales integration, financials, and investments review, driving deadlines, and overseeing the overall end-to-end proposal delivery.
* Coordinate activities for prospect/client sales finals and site visits, including agenda development, speaker preparation, site planning, presentation materials, and presenting product capabilities and technical demos.
* Actively interact with external and/or internal customers to identify and anticipate requirements, expectations, and needs.
* Apply extensive knowledge of products, services, and competitive market trends to differentiate Fidelity's value proposition and promote prospect- or client-focused solutions throughout the sales process.
* Influence others and navigate solutions towards desired client needs identified in the sales process, while maintaining relationships and supporting consensus with key business decision makers.

**What You'll Bring**
* Defined Contribution experience required, including Non-Qualified accounts.
* Multi-product experience desired (including but not limited to Defined Benefit, Health & Wealth, Health Savings, Managed Accounts, Student Debt, etc.).
* Bachelor's Degree required / MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
* Minimum 7 years related product or industry experience / Fidelity experience desirable.
* Series 7 and 63 required (can be attained in role).
* Approximately 15-25% travel requirement.

**Estimated Salary Range**
The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000-$144,000 per year, depending on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
