Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Incoming Quality Inspector to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an Incoming Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming goods and materials, identifying non-conformances, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting Incoming Goods: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming goods and materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
  • Identifying Non-Conformances: Identify and document non-conformances, including defects, damage, or other quality issues.
  • Implementing Corrective Actions: Work with suppliers and internal teams to implement corrective actions to address non-conformances and prevent future issues.
  • Maintaining Quality Records: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborating with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: First Article Inspection experience and working knowledge of sample size/rejection process required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, mathematical skills, and reasoning ability.
  • Certifications: ESD Certification and ability to obtain a forklift operations license required.
Work Environment

The Incoming Quality Inspector will work in a shop floor environment with reasonable noise levels. The role may require exposure to extreme heat, airborne particles, and loud noises.
