- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in perinatal care, incorporating new knowledge into practice.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Women's Health or Perinatal Care.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a perinatal setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Experience working in a perinatal unit or similar setting.
- Knowledge of perinatal care guidelines and best practices.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, with preference for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
