About the Role
A highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant is sought after to support the Property Management Department at Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc. This dynamic professional will be responsible for maintaining general office files, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property information.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the Property Management team.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including receiving and processing applications from residents.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal History Background clearances required.

Compensation:$16.35 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including health insurance, vision and dental plans, and retirement plan matching.
