Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our Property Management team at Asociacion Puertorriquenos En Marcha Inc. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  4. Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of property information.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Access.
  • FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal History Background clearances required.
