The Personal Trainer position is a vital part of this model, tasked with creating an engaging environment that encourages the use of movement as a treatment tool. We're seeking a skilled Fitness Professional to join our Frederick, MD office, working a 4-day work week with a 10-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Discuss and remove barriers to exercise, facilitating positive experiences for patients.

Develop and implement movement plans to reduce pain, improve daily activities, and create tailored fitness programs using corrective and functional exercise practices.

Perform one-on-one and small-group exercises, working collaboratively with clinicians, registered dietitians, and behavioral health specialists.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)

Certification in Personal Training from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) (must be active)

Current CPR/AED certification

Previous experience with group fitness instruction is a plus, but not necessary.

As a CoreLife Fitness Professional, you can expect:
