Job Title: Administrative Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at AIPAC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in office administration and/or a support role.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including supervising the public spaces, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining inventory.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Atlantic States Director, including managing donor interactions, organizing events, and securing confidential information.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including vendor management and logistics.
  • Act as the lead on program execution for staff enrichment programs.
