Position Overview

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Role Summary: The Security Site Supervisor will oversee the safety and security of the designated facility by implementing access control measures, monitoring activities, and addressing any breaches of security protocols. It is crucial for the Supervisor to embody and promote Sizemore's core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety, and Teamwork in all aspects of their duties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience in security, management, military, or law enforcement is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications is preferred.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to service and professionalism.
  • Demonstrate patience, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions.
  • Show initiative and sound judgment in assessing and responding to situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and comprehend detailed instructions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • Work may occur in a climate-controlled environment and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical demands include extensive walking, standing, and sitting.
  • Potential exposure to challenging situations.
  • Possible contact with bloodborne pathogens and bodily fluids.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dress Code:

All visible tattoos must be covered while in uniform. Tattoos on the head, face, neck, or hands are prohibited. Facial piercings must be removed during work hours. Facial hair must be neatly groomed, and hair should be clean and of a natural color.
