Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is a key member of our facilities team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role involves performing a wide range of duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our facilities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain facilities, buildings, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
  • Complete work orders, records, and logs according to established procedures
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment safely and proficiently, including pneumatic and hydraulic tools, grinders, welders, and cutting torches
  • Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • Adhere to all department and company standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, and interpret and apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, diagrams, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years relevant maintenance work experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical repair and troubleshooting experience
  • EPA 608 Technical Certification
  • 3+ years of working experience in facilities maintenance
  • Experience with crane repair and troubleshooting
