Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our team. This role involves managing sales objectives, developing strategic sales plans, and building relationships with key customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in lender sales, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced business-to-business environment. They will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales revenue expectations
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
  • Achieve a sales funnel with the ability to forecast and measure performance from lead generation to close
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop tactics and relationships to ensure high client growth, satisfaction, and retention
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible lender sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven record of success in a business-to-business sales environment in the mortgage, fintech, proptech, title insurance, or real estate industry
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
  • Proven ability to develop strategic goals, drive company sales, and achieve profit objectives
