Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned National Account Executive to join our GridBase team. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key customers, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth initiatives. This role demands a strong background in lender sales, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies that drive corporate objectives and revenue growth expectations.
  2. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing key strategic opportunities.
  3. Maintain a sales funnel with the ability to forecast and measure performance from lead generation to close.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective tactics and relationships that drive high client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in lender sales with a strong background in business-to-business sales environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: $135,000 - $170,000 per year.
