Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physician Leader to join our team as Associate Chief Medical Officer. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and upgrade existing medical care standards
  • Provide management, leadership, and coaching to all medical staff and related staff
  • Work with operating and executive team members to implement new operating processes and systems
  • Develop and implement strategies across the organization, including policies and plans to meet Dimock's short and long-term objectives
Requirements
  • Advanced medical degree and current board certification in Internal Medicine and board certification in Preventive Medicine, Addiction Medicine
  • Senior physician leadership role in a Federally Qualified Health Center or other health care organization with exemplary quality, growth, and sustained financial strength
  • Knowledge and understanding of evolving care delivery models that focus on optimizing the patient experience as well as clinical provider performance and satisfaction
