We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Order Administrator to join our team at RTX. As an Order Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer service processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer repair orders in accordance with Standard Work procedures
- Process customer communications and data while complying with internal and external processes
- Coordinate with the Technical team to ensure customer repairs are completed per requirements
- Utilize enterprise system (SAP) to input or extract repair/material data
- Assist in interface with intra-company departments relative to warranty, credit, billing, etc.
- Maintain knowledge of Collins organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers
- Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR in the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience communicating with internal and/or external customers
- SAP and MS Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with data entry
