Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our staff and guests, while ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to prepare meals for our staff and guests.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with the highest standards of food safety and quality control.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including hospitality and facilities, to ensure that all meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience as a sous chef or executive chef in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A valid ServSafe Food Handler certificate and a valid driver's license.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and management abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
