The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Grants Contracts Coordinator 2 to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the Division and its contracted providers are in compliance with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee all Division contracting, including supervision of development of Requests for Proposals and drafting and negotiating contracts with program staff.
- Serve as contact with contracted providers, monitoring contract compliance and seeking resolution of non-compliance issues.
- Authorize contract payments and implement sanctions for contract non-compliance.

Qualifications- Extensive knowledge of government accounting, procurement, and contracting principles, including AWACS.

- Meet minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or related field, and five or more years of relevant experience, including at least three years in state procurement.
