Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grants Contracts Coordinator to join our team at the State of Montana. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, coordinating and overseeing all Division contracting, and supervising the development of Requests for Proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Division and contracted providers are in compliance with contract requirements
  • Coordinate and oversee all Division contracting
  • Supervise development of Requests for Proposals
  • Draft and negotiate contracts with program staff
  • Serve as contact with contracted providers monitoring contract compliance
  • Seek resolution of non-compliance issues
  • Authorize contract payments and implement sanctions for contract non-compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or related field
  • Five or more years of relevant experience, including at least three years in state procurement
  • Experience in contract management and/or resource management is preferred
