The Resident Program Assistant will assist the Resident Program Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and coordinating a wide variety of multi-level recreational and educational activities for the residents of The Sheridan at Oak Brook community.
Key Responsibilities- Activity Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident activities to ensure a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
- Resident Engagement: Encourage resident participation in programs and activities, and provide transportation to programs and activities as needed.
- Registration and Scheduling: Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs, and ensure accurate and timely scheduling.
- Program Execution: Conduct various activities at the direction of the Resident Program Director, and ensure a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Driver's License: Possession of an active, valid driver's license.
- Personality Traits: Enthusiasm, patience, helpfulness, and flexibility when interacting with residents.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems.
