Sales Strategy Consultant

The Sales Strategy Consultant will drive business growth by cultivating relationships with brokers and developing effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from new group submissions.
- Maintain frequent contact with brokers to build active selling relationships and promote all product lines.
- Prospect inactive brokers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide product training and support to brokers and brokerage staff.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up calls to active and potential brokers.
