Job Summary

Bergelectric is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead our electrical construction projects in Panama City Beach, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing labor, materials, and production to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to establish project goals and monitor progress.
  • Review and analyze labor efficiencies, hours, and ratios to optimize project performance.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with electrical codes, specifications, and installation methods.
  • Prepare and maintain installation documentation, including as-builts and project reports.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sub-foremen and crew members.
  • Track and manage material costs, storage, and consumption to minimize overruns.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve Bergelectric's productivity objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain accurate records of safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role in electrical construction, design, and cost management.
  • Current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by the applicable state, city, or county).
  • Advanced abilities in reading and interpreting electrical plans and specifications.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project leadership and experience managing sub-foremen.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, installation methods, and safety protocols.
Working Environment

Bergelectric is a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a variety of weather conditions and high noise levels. As a General Foreman, you will be required to work in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in confined spaces.
