Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to establish project goals and monitor progress.
  • Review and analyze labor efficiencies, hours, and ratios to optimize project performance.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including material ordering and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, specifications, and installation methods.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to sub-foremen and crew members.
  • Monitor and control material costs, storage, and consumption to minimize overruns.
  • Develop and maintain as-builts and other required installation documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar role.
  • Current Journeyman Wireman license (if required by state, city, or county).
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical plans, specifications, and NFPA codes.
  • Proven track record of successful project leadership and management.
  • Ability to manage private or public sector electrical construction projects.
Working Environment:
  • Varied weather conditions, including cold, snow, rain, and heat.
  • High noise levels.
