AR Software Engineer

We're seeking an experienced AR Engineer to join our Snap Lab team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of augmented reality. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with talented engineers, and contribute to the development of innovative AR experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop novel AR UI and UX experiences
- Collaborate with software and computer vision teams to create engaging and stable products
- Push the boundaries of our AR platform and enable external developers to easily work at these boundaries
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing real-time interactive experiences
- Expertise in designing, prototyping, and programming with real-time 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, OpenFrameworks, Processing, WebGL/OpenGL, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work with digital content creation tools (2D, 3D, etc.)
- Proven track record of shipping premium consumer product experiences in games, advertising, or other related channels
- Experience with next-gen UI frameworks like React, Flutter, Swift UI, etc
- Experience with a wide range of programming languages
- Experience writing performant GPU code
