Position Summary: The Youth Engagement Facilitator plays a crucial role in delivering dynamic programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth among youth aged 5-12 years. This position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, responsible, and passionate about working with children in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate check-in processes, ensuring all participants complete necessary waivers and understand facility guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that align with the quality standards of Ring's youth programs.
  • Collaborate with the Programs Manager to plan and execute activities that inspire youth participation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain open communication with the Programs Manager regarding program updates and participant feedback.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Educate participants on safety protocols and facility regulations.
  • Promote a culture of safety through proactive instruction and supervision.
  • Respond to health and safety incidents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Document incidents accurately to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience working with youth is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering a positive environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
