Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately retrieve, prepare, and stage daily customer orders while adhering to established shipping protocols.
  • Ensure all outgoing materials are properly labeled and packaged to meet safety and visual standards.
  • Plan and organize large truckload shipments and manage incoming deliveries with precise documentation.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Logistics Coordinator and Warehouse Manager on inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Maintain an orderly warehouse, outdoor yard, and shipping office, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Input and manage shipping calendar data effectively.
  • Report any operational issues to management promptly.
  • Oversee warehouse supplies to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Assist with additional tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar logistics role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Certification in sit-down forklift operation is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
