In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping patients navigate the registration process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate data collection.

The ideal candidate will be a confident multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Healthcare Registration Specialist, you will work closely with clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to collect patient information, answer questions, and address concerns. You will also be responsible for working across multiple screens, typing quickly and accurately, and adapting to new technologies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and verify patient information, including demographic and insurance details
  • Answer patient inquiries, provide clear explanations, and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with changing healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in healthcare or customer service an asset
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
