Schedule and Compensation

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Housekeeper / Groundskeeper include:
- Sorting and managing materials for recycling.
- Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas using appropriate methods.
- Performing general outdoor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, raking, and debris removal.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Completing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be able to adhere to the assigned work schedule.
- Follow instructions effectively.
- Complete necessary pre-employment screenings.
- Exhibit physical capability to perform job duties, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.

- Be comfortable working in various outdoor conditions, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Be a self-starter, motivated, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Show willingness to learn and work independently.
