Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator for Legal Professionals, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and staff.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

You will also assist with document preparation, filing, and organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Develop and implement effective procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Salary Information

$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

This salary range reflects the estimated compensation for this role, based on industry standards and regional factors.
