We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and problems by providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries to a supervisor.
- Follow Company Policies: Follow and explain company policies and procedures as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
- Treat Customers with Respect: Treat each customer with courtesy, dignity, and respect their privacy.
- Meet Performance Requirements: Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Enter Data Accurately: Enter data with an error of 1% or less for notation of transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, addresses, and other information as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
- Document Trip Authorizations: Document trip authorizations according to procedures.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Remain knowledgeable of all company policies and procedure changes.
- Adhere to Work Schedule: Adhere to the work schedule in order to handle the call volume and contractual requirements, unless request made by supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
