In this pivotal role within an electric vehicle battery production facility, you will be responsible for maintaining the electrical integrity and operational efficiency of advanced process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement preventive maintenance strategies for all electrical equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to PLCs, motors, sensors, wiring, and robotic systems.
  • Resolve challenges in computer systems, addressing both hardware and software components.
  • Manage visual system concerns, including circuits and related software.
  • Oversee the procurement of spare parts, ensuring optimal inventory levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and conduct training programs to enhance the electrical skills of technicians.
  • Facilitate training sessions that align with current technology and safety regulations.
  • Identify and rectify safety-related concerns, fostering a secure work environment.
  • Analyze operational metrics to pinpoint and implement enhancements that boost efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing setting.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and various electrical components.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing intricate computer and visual systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, committed to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Willingness to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
  • Ability to engage professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
