Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a thorough preventive maintenance strategy for electrical systems within our manufacturing equipment.
  • Manage and supervise maintenance operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with PLCs, motors, sensors, wiring, robotics, frequency converters, and servo systems.
  • Enhance the reliability and performance of electrical systems through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and rectify issues related to system software, application software, and hardware in manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot visual systems, including circuits and CCD cameras, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Improve visual inspection systems to enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Source and manage spare parts for electrical, computer, and visual systems to maintain essential inventory levels, minimizing downtime.
  • Develop training programs aimed at improving the electrical competencies of maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct safety assessments on manufacturing equipment to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Perform electrical debugging and verification as required.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing context.
  • Experience in equipment and electrical development and troubleshooting, preferably in the chemical, semiconductor, automotive, or similar sectors.
  • Familiarity with the principles of electrical systems (PLC, servo, robot), computer systems, or vision systems.
  • Experience with visual inspection technologies and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as part of a team, committed to delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes.
